At Huse Hill Associates, we often take in interns and provide them with work experience and exposure to New Zealand blue-chip businesses. We currently have 3 interns working with us. Pragnesh has been studying towards a degree in management:
“We are always looking for opportunities to fulfill our requirements. As a short introduction, I am a registered homeopathic doctor from India. I came to New Zealand to study management which will help me to enhance my knowledge towards an overall business philosophy and ethics, so that I could use this knowledge with my medical background and expand my career platform. As a part of my management studies, I was required to do an internship at a related workplace, so I could understand practical business ethics. I applied and was accepted at Huse Hill Associates.
In the beginning, I didn’t know how much I could get from the organisation, or even how they will cooperate with me. But honestly, I would like to say that I have never used to work this kind of workplace in my life. Here, I was in an environment in which I haven’t felt shy to ask or tell anything about my learning. Jim Huse, the director of company personally believes and tries to make the working environment very comfortable for workers to enjoy the workplace. Here I learnt the real definition of what an ideal workplace is and many more qualities which I need for my future career. This includes my improved natural working style, use of Microsoft Outlook, importance of freedom and ideal and the professional way of communication. I would like to appreciate the co-working and helpful approach of the company and its staff. Moreover, I never felt shy to ask for any help from anybody because of their working style and environment. I am thankful of the whole team of Huse Hill Associates for their kind support and for giving me their valuable time and the opportunity to learn real practical ethics of business.”
